We are now well into the holiday rush and scrambling for what to get for those on your list. There are many gift guides out there but I like to make mine focused on one type of individual. Be it guys, under $30, moms, dads, etc., I’ve covered a few types so far….

Workout Wear on Any Gym Bunny’s Wishlist
Just like street fashion, working out gear has trends. Gym leggings have been upgraded in recent year with colour-blocking, mesh, ties, and all the works you see in street style.
Funky Tie Leggings
Funky tie leggings have been made so cool by many yogis. That doesn’t mean you have to do yoga to wear one. check out this 2-tone cross bandage heather legging is surely to make your friend fall in love with it.
Colour-Blocking Heart Leggings
These colour-block heart pattern leggings are meant to give you a boootttyyyy like J-Lo….hence the heart in the back. If you haven’t been endowed by full round buttocks, this will trick you into thinking you do without any invasive procedures or crazy technology.
Criss Cross Back Tops

Strappy Cross Back Sports Bra

Store Your Things
To ensure you’ve got a place to put your phone, your earphones, and maybe your lock key, Spibelt funky fanny pack is great for that. It’s something you can even wear on non workout time. Your gym friend would be all over this I guarantee it!
It’s a small package but expands to fit what you need it to fit thanks to its stretchy fabric. It doesn’t bounce and you can easily wash it with your clothes.
It comes in all kinds of colours and has really nice finishing. Whether it’s wireless headphones or once with a wire, it accommodates both types.
Don’t Forget About YOU
Holiday to-do list
A Holiday to do list to get you thinking about which items are the most important to you will be helpful. Checking gift guides like the one above shortens that task and gets you straight to the point when it comes to finding gift ideas.
Be realistic about what you and your family can handle and consider letting go of the lower priority items. Eating right, sleeping, exercise, and doing things you enjoy can all help you to de-stress this season.
Got the Sniffles?
Fall leaves, grandma’s cats and even mold from Christmas trees or pulling out dusty ornaments can trigger an allergic reaction.
Make sure you have an allergy solution on hand. Consider Claritin® as an option. It relieves your symptoms from dust, pets and mold.
Blowing your nose, itchy eyes and stress can leave your skin irritated. Make sure you use products on your skin to keep it glowing and healthy looking for the festivities to come. Robin McGraw (Dr. Phil’s wife) has a great skincare line that can help your skin be at its best. You can also consider it as a great gift set for a friend.
Body Pains
Whether shopping online or in store, neck and back pain are inevitable. All that walking or typing and scrolling can feel like a marathon.
Lugging heavy bags and packages can strain your back and joints and leave your feet sore. Standing up all day to finish your food preparation, cooking, baking, decorating can leave you feeling like you’ve had an epic workout session.
Of course, it’s not the time for your body to give up. But you can’t just ignore it.
For Your Feet
The secret to comfortable toes is Dr. Scholl’s® Back Pain Relief Orthotics. They cushion and absorb shock to help evenly distribute your body weight.
Try giving your feet some little R & R as well with Amopé Pedi Perfect. It will get your feet ready for those cute peep-toe shoes you’ve set for the big dinner and give them some relief. It also makes for a great gift!
For Your Back
If it’s your back that’s bothering you, try ASPIRIN® to help you get right back into action. Aspirin is a great multipurpose product to keep around for those pesky holiday headaches, joint pain and even fever from cold and flu.
The Gist of it
For your gym bunny friend, this workout wear wishlist can really help get your holiday list started. But above all, don’t forget to take care of yourself by ensuring you’re set with necessities you need to keep you energized and on track.
What’s on your gym freak friend workout wear wish list and how do you cope with this stressful time?
