I’m sure many of you have already started planning for your Valentines Day, and that includes potential Valentines Day outfits too. Coming off an expensive Christmas season and a pay-full January doesn’t put you in the best moods to spend hundreds of dollars on an outfit. Well you don’t. I’ve put together a list of ensembles I am selecting as potential Valentines Day outfits that are $30 or less.
Valentines Day Outfits for the Poor Pockets
I’m all about saving you (and me!!) money, especially when it comes to the 4 things love (if you haven’t guessed them its’s the ones I write about fashion, beauty, home decor, and fitness). That’s why I love DIYs. While I don’t have any laid out for this post, last year’s post did have some for gift ideas. You can also check out a fitness tip to leave you guilt-free in your Valentines Day outfit, or shop Hello Molly for all Valentine’s Day outfits.
Bring out the Purr with Leopard Dresses
While I am open to pattern, there are a few that I adore. For those that know me can tell you right away that’s leopard.
It’s one of those classics that doesn’t die or get old, and can be worn at any age on (almost) everything.
Sensuality and Femininity With Lace
Lace is a very delicate and feminine fabric that’s made a huge comeback the last few seasons.
We’ve all seen the surge of lace bralets. I’m suggesting focusing on lace with your top and compliment it with girly accessories and open toe shoes. The black jeans will give it some edginess.
Be Fancy, Bring out the Velvet
Velvet is a heavier fabric and very luxurious. Anytime you add a velvet piece it immediately looks more expensive than it actually is.
It may have disappeared for a while but it’s back with a vengeance now.
I wore it with these gorgeous emerald and cubic zirconium earrings that a friend gave to me. Her line is called Maria Al-Masani Royal Jewellery. They are very Jackie O.
Add an ankle strap shoe for a touch of sexiness. The ankle straps on my shoes are a dollar store DIY that I should be posting about this year, so stay tuned!
Gaucho Pants for Comfort
If you’re option for something less body hugging, I suggest gaucho pants. If you haven’t noticed, these wide leg pants have been raging the last couple of seasons and what’s nice about that is they give a nice shape to the body despite their wideness.
Pair them with a simple top and great cocktail accessories and you’re set!
Add a basic black top or something with some details.
Pair the pants with these awesome perforated black shoes for the ultimate trendiness.
The Gist of it
So to go all out on your Valentines Day outfits, you don’t need to spend a ton of money. $30 or less can make you look like the belle of the ball, all while remaining on trend, and not looking cheap.

Totally agree!! Sometimes we have to review what’s in our closet and not just wear it, but think of another way to style it.
