In a couple of weeks, we will start to feel the chill even though the sun will be out. The leaves will fall, but we will admire the pretty colours. I think fall is the prettiest of all seasons.
Wardrobe Essentials
Make sure you are ready for what it has in store for you with these fall tech and wardrobe essentials that are under a $150 each.
Clothes
#1 – Functional Workout Leggings
Because summer is behind us, it doesn’t mean you can’t keep working out outside. But where do you put your phone, water bottle, or wallet when you head out for a workout?

You have to decide between leaving them at home or carrying them in your hand or undergarments, limiting your movements and making you uncomfortable. Pockets are often too tiny and things always fall out. The armband holders feel like you’re getting a blood test, and rub against your skin.
ETRE by Victor Legend has a new line of activewear that’s convenient and comfortable. With a large yet sleek, waistband pocket that comfortably holds a 300-500ml water bottle, a secure credit card holder, a keyholder, and a waterproof back pocket large enough to fit an iPhone 6 plus, ETRE ensures you can work out and take all your stuff with you, worry free.

It’s made of high quality compression material and has a line for both men and women, with three styles each: Compression Leggings, Track Pants, and Shorts. I chose the compression capri leggings. They are so comfortable, and fit like a glove.

The fabric is thick enough to keep you warm during the chilly days of fall, not to mention they are extremely stylish.

#2 – Trench coat
Keep warm and dry on the days the temperature drips and the rain drops. Trench coats are definite wardrobe essentials for this season. Get yourself a stylish option from His & Hers Fashion for women and Newchic for men.
#3 – Exotic shawl
While a shawl can keep you warm, it can also act as a great overcoat part of your wardrobe essentials for those extra fall chilly days. I love the embroidered options as they give extra warmth thanks to their heavier weight and high end quality.

Shoes
#4 – Suede Slip-ons
Subscription service have sprung all over, especially for men where I find the options are nothing short of amazing. My latest find is King & Stone. They presents subscribers with a highly-curated selection of on-trend, quality product and designs to choose from. The company delivers 4 pairs of shoes per year (1 pair per season) for a monthly subscription rate of $25!

When the new season drops, all subscribers have to do is pick the style they want and their new shoes will be manufactured and shipped. Subscribers may skip a season or cancel at any time. Makes it super easy for guys who despise shopping.

My hubby is wearing the Tizqar in Onyx which I love as the colour is so rich and the quality is really high. You can tell this pair will be around for a while.
#5 – Rain boots
You can’t go through the fall without this wardrobe essential. For women Travel Smith has this classy pair thatI love the option. For men The Real Real has a pair of beauties to steal.
Accessories
#6 – Choker
So it’s without a doubt that the choker has made a huge comeback since it’s Smells like Teen Spirit days. Talking back about those days, I now know what people who lived in the 60s felt like when I was a teenager….man those were the days…
I vividly remember my chokers, paired with striped shirts and pants that were to big for me. Well now I can immerse myself in nostalgia with the new choker trend. Sterling Forever has some funky styles like this one in turquoise which my sister wore with the pretty yellow dress.

The other one is the purple druzy and gold beaded set that’s more classy. She was featured wearing it in last week’s clip in hair extensions tutorial.

#7 – Versatile Rings
Before this ring, I didn’t know what Larimar was. Apparently it’s a turquoise gemstone that can only be found in the Dominican Republic. Wow, I totally feel special! Other than widely being considered the Apex of turquoise stones, it’s also believed to have holistic healing attributes.

So when I saw this Larimar ring, that not only can be worn in different ways, it can also be adjusted to your finger size! I simply had to have it. It is stunning and really decorates your hand. These Larimar bliss rings are statement pieces that’s got to make the room ask where you got it from.

Photo by Sandrine Florent of Kécôma
Surprisingly enough, it’s pretty comfy. I was a little worried about as I’m the type of person to constantly switch my ring fingers after some time, but I was able to keep this on the whole time without switching it fingers. It’s made of real silver so it won’t tarnish or stain your finger.
#8 – Umbrella
I’m not an umbrella person but I am thankful when I have them on rainy days. So make sure you always have one handy especially for this season. The transparent ones are really a hit these days, while guys should stick to the classic black, especially if wearing a trench.
#9 – Pocket Square
Make no mistake, the pocket square is no longer just for the dressy men. This accessory can be paired with casual outfits just as much as with formal ones. I’ve featured them in my Father’s Day Gift Guide and Wedding Fashion Musts posts. Go for the Reversible pocket square which has a unique fabric on each side.

It can be worn on one side one day and the other on the next. You can even have both sides showing too! It’s a versatile piece entirely handmade with repurposed fabric making is eco-friendly.
#10 – Hat
Some like umbrellas, other hats. I think I prefer hats but both together are good. Hats keep you warm as well, so there’s a bonus to having it. For women, this one works well and for men, I personally like the River Island fedora.

Technology
#11 – Panoramic lens

#12 – Earbuds
House of Marley noise-isolating in-ear headphones, Nesta, is just what you need when working out at the gym, walking, travelling, or riding the bus….You won’t hear everyone else’s noise over your music.

It’s made with zirconia ceramic earbud casings, giving them a modern, geometric and jewel-like aesthetic that is hot for all genders.

6mm drivers + ultra-comfy oval ports make Nesta the go-to earbuds you’ll want. I chose the black ones as I loved how they shined and matched my outfit.
