Unless you are naturally endowed and don’t have “enough cleavage to flaunt” problem, you’re probably wondering how can you make the most out of the little you have. Small busted, sagging breasts, age, weight gain/loss, all contribute to this issue.
As you’ve probably guessed it already, today’s link up party topic revolves around cleavage enhancement tips.
Personal (& Funny) Story
I always sided on the average bust size growing up. Even when I lost weight, I managed to still have something to flaunt. All of this changed when I had my 3 kids and nursed them. 2 of them were breast fed for 19 months each. I don’t care what scientific research says, but nursing causes boobs to sag.
Knowing this, it didn’t stop me from nursing, baby’s nutrition over vanity. I loved the connection I had with my babies (and the initial humongous bump in bra size too). Giving up nursing meant giving up that my new porn star size boobs. But I wasn’t going to nurse forever either!
So I did what most women would do…I got me some breast enhancement pills. Stupid, right? I didn’t think so at them time. I figured I haven’t anything to lose and all the cleavage self-estime to gain. Of course, that was a total flop. So what now??
Cleavage Enhancement Tips That Work
I decided to try something else. I don’t mean getting a boob job (although that is not a bad an option…). Luckily, there are ways to counter attack the body’s inability to transfer the excess fat we have to the bust area.
#1 Tip – Cleavage Enhancing Shapewear Bra
While there are a ton of shapewear bras on the market, the Magic Cleavage bra is phenomenal. It instantly transforms your cleavage! It’s a perfect pairing under a low cut top, formal gown, cocktail dress, etc. It adjusts to your outfit’s shape without creating unwanted bumps or unattractive sights. You don’t have to worry about any peek-a-boo effect, double-sided tape, or anything of the sort as it ensures everything stays in place.
It also enlarges the bust, keeps you comfortable while you have it on, so you won’t be suffocating while wearing it. It comes with matching undies that help smooth out bumps across your upper body and hip area.
#2 Tip – Contouring with Makeup
We’ve all seen the incredible transformation makeup can do not only to your face but to your cleavage as well!!
Master makeup artists have found incredible cleavage enhancement tips with makeup that really increase the effects of an awesome shapewear bra. This is super useful if you have an important event where you want to look rockin’ and missing that last oomph. Belinda Nicoll has an awesome video tutorial that shows you step by step how to achieve a décolletage contouring.
If you prefer pictures and reading the instructions, try Katie Hoffman’s post on Bustle.
#3 Tip – Chest Workouts
If you start working out your chest, you build muscle under the tissue which helps enhance your cleavage. Just like your arms gets toned and the bicep muscles get larger, pectorals act the same way.
But What Are the Chest Exercises You Need to Do??
I have a FREE printable you can download. It’s all exercises I’ve tried before, so they are tried, tested, and true as cleavage enhancement tips:
Start with 3 supersets of 12 reps each of:
- Barbell bench press
- Dips
Then 3 sets of 10 reps each of each one of the following exercises:
- Incline dumbbell fly
- Standing cable fly
Finally, do 3 sets of 8 reps each of each one of the following exercises:
- Incline dumbbell press
- Butterfly
One that I would argue that’s also awesome is pushups (not included on printable though). Do 3 sets of pushups to failure, on your toes or your knees.
The key to achieving is squeezing and holding as you perform your rep. Be honest! Don’t go easy if you know you can push more, but be gradual in your weight increase so you don’t injure yourself.
You can download the printable of the workouts to do HERE. Take them with you to the gym to follow and get the results you want.
#4 Tip – Natural Home Remedies
So this may sound sketchy…but it’s not. While the article I read mentions some whole foods that you can eat to increase breast sizes, it didn’t strike me as much as the natural remedies. Why? As these whole foods are good for a ton of things (including weight loss) and aren’t going to specifically benefit your bra size.
So I haven’t tried this at home (but will probably do), I am positive it would work to varying extents depending on how your body reacts to the mix.
- Fenugreek
- Fennel Seeds
- Tricticum Vulgare
- Lady’s Mantle
- Wheat germ oil
- Red clover
Here’s another article I found helpful and provided details in terms of recipes to follow.

Wonderful tips, my friend 🙂 I too nursed Eve, until she was 4 years old actually. My breasts suffered, they did. So in addition to barbell and incline presses and flies, I also find that anything which involves lifting the arms above the head works very well too such as tricep extensions or skulcrushers or lat pulldowns. Very effective 🙂 both in terms of defying gravity as well as overall firmness, no sagging, no drooping. I don’t even need to wear a bra anymore (ahem) if I so choose. TMI huh? Muack!!! Happy weekend, my friend.
Don’t forget to come join my link-up too, Rania, it’s always lovely to see you AND this topic you’ve written about needs to be shared with as many women as possible 🙂 xo
