The best thing I’ve done recently is start to drink more water. It has made such a difference to the way I feel and my appetite. I have to drink it hot though cause I hate cold drinks ha ha

That’s one of the best things to do for your body as often water curbs hunger and keeps you hydrated. drinking it hot is better than cold.Cold will make you still feel thirsty whereas hot may be helping melt fat away.

I love all these tips for not gaining the Holiday weight. It’s a struggle with so much delicious food. I also have a huge family that takes offense when you don’t eat their food so saying no is not an option, which is where your portion control tip comes in handy, as well as drinking water to stay more full. I’ll keep these in mind for the round of Christmas parties and dinners!
