For this post, Stephanie will be giving great tips and advice to help take your style to the next level. From where to get quality items for less to steps to pulling off the hardest trends, she has all the elements you need to make your wardrobes dapper.
All Dressed Up Mens Looks
Leave it to Dolce & Gabbana to set the bar for the dapper mens looks. But before dropping thousands on a suit, work with what you already have hanging in your closet. No need for a glitzy pink suit, instead grab your favourite trousers and blazer. Switch up your look with fun accessories. SprezzaBox has some great, affordable options of ties, socks, pocket squares, and more. JackThreads also has a really cool selection of accessories.
Laidback and Cool
Umit Benan and Alexander Wang have taken the long forbidden sporty vibe and reinvented the look into a wardrobe staple. Forget about sweats and a t-shirt. For upcoming mens looks, think instead of a hoodie with graphic elements, or track suit trousers paired with ultra-cool sneakers. Express has an awesome Marl Shawl Neck Sweater. ASOS also has array of sportswear that’s anything but ‘sloppy’.
Military Green
Coach made it quite clear that military is here to stay for fall and winter for mens looks. Camouflage can step aside on this one, flashes of military green and black looks great together on all mens looks. Unliqlo has an incredible gradient of green-y shades to follow for tops, bottoms, and accessories. Massimo Dutti really hits the spot with Slim-Fit Satin Chinos as well.
Utility Wear
Crew is always making basics into trendy staples—mens looks being no exception here. Once exclusively fitted for construction workers, cargo trousers can easily look high fashion when paired with the right elements. A crisp button down and a chunky cardigan will definitely suffice. Union Bay offers cargo pants in muted colours perfect for this season. Old Navy is also constantly offering great deals on twill cargos that will leave some room in your budget for fun extras.
Bomber Jacket
Fendi set out—and succeeded—in bringing back a former 90’s favourite: the bomber jacket. Perfect for laying over most mens looks, the bomber jacket instantly adds an element of cool into a look. Zara hits two trends at once with their military green Bomber Jacket. Topman offers just as inexpensive options without skimping on style with their own Grey Contrast Bomber Jacket.
Shearling Touches
A little shearling never hurt nobody, especially at the Dior Homme show. A touch of softness gives any jacket an easy-to-wear, effortless effect. Urban Outfitters hits the spot with their CPO Ruskin Deck Jacket. With an easy fit, any jacket is instantly modernized with shearling.
The Jest of it
Taking runway looks doesn’t have to cost a lot of money as you’ve seen above. Mainstream brands like Asos, Union Bay, and Topman offer a great variety at an affordable price, inspired from the awesome looks you see on the catwalk.
I leave you with one of a menswear inspired outfits from a fellow blogger that I featured on my Instagram feed. Check it out and let me know what you think of it.

These outfits are great for men! The pink suit, I mean, come on! Only Dolce would create something so magnificent that’s a girly colour, that only a man can wear. Fabulous, and great write up Rania!
The Wardrobe Stylist says
lol so true Anne you’re hilarious!! It is quite striking and takes one daring man to wear it
Clarissa says
I wish my husband was more into men’s fashion. I definitely love the denim jacket with shearling.
The Wardrobe Stylist says
I force mine to be and now it’s become second nature lol (to a certain extent, there are many things he still refuses to wear lol)
Hannah says

I’m loving that military look and that bomber jacket! These guys are freaking hot. I wish my hubs had the body to wear those. LOL! Shh. Don’t tell him I said that. 😛
The Wardrobe Stylist says
lol I won’t but you just announced it to the world lol…I think he may be able to pull it off is he gets the right pieces for his body type.
Jessica says

Izabela says
Those looks are fun but I just wonder how many men would wear pink suits.
The Wardrobe Stylist says
Not sure but I’m positive there are some lol
Roxy says
This has me thinking my honey isn’t all that fashionable and I’m equally as unaware of what’s hot for men. I think it takes a special type of man to pull of a pink suit and if i’m being honest, I hope everyone doesn’t jump on that trend. However, I do love the utility wear and bomber jacket!
xoxo,
Roxy
