It’s late-July and with temperatures rising it’s officially beach season in Los Angeles. While I don’t live there, let’s pretend I do.
Sunbathing, snacking, surfing–there’s nothing more blissful than spending the day with your toes in the sand and friends by your side. However, this sandy paradise also presents each fashionista with the classic wardrobe dilemma of what to wear to keep you comfortable and cute. To have the perfect summer look at the beach can be best tricky at best. So the staff at Maven Boutique in LA came up with a few of their favourite essentials. This list should keep you prepared for your day trip. From the outfit to the sunscreen, the list covers it all to make your next visit to the sandy shores a breeze and give you that perfect summer look!

The first step to prepping for the perfect summer look under the sunshine is a great pairs of sunnies! With so many beautiful options, finding the it pair was a tall order! So to do so, we turned up one of our favourite YouTube channels Stiletto Beats by Emily Cholakian. Boy did we hit the jackpot! The other day she posted a run down of gorgeous sunglasses collection and among them were these gems.
