Victoria’s Secret, the world’s sexiest lingerie brand, has expanded its Canadian presence with the opening of its first location in Ottawa, on October 23, 2013.
Victoria’s Secret at Bayshore Shopping Centre
Measuring at just over 13,000 square feet, the new location at Bayshore Shopping Centre marks the brand’s first entry into the nation’s capital. Luckily, I scored me an invite to the VIP opening night, to view in person, the exquisite highlights of the brand and what its been infamous for all those years. 
The store decor
The Ottawa location stays true to the brand’s sexy, sophisticated and glamorous heritage. The beautiful store façade takes a modern approach with an eye-catching pink storefront, and a contemporary interior taking cues from residential design. Over-sized chandeliers, lingerie-inspired detailing, pink-dotted mannequins and angel wings as those that hung off iconic supermodels demand the customers full attention. The front of the store is dark and dramatic, leading to a playful interior with shocking-pink accents in the rear of the store. 
The brands
The store features all of Canada’s most loved lingerie collections, including Bombshell™, Very Sexy™, Dream Angels™, Sexy Little Things™, The Lacie™ and Body by Victoria. Bras will be merchandised by style in the Bra Salon. Bra Specialists are available to help and ensure shoppers find the perfect fit. Customer experience has been paramount in the store’s design, including the uniquely designed fitting rooms, which feature soft lighting for an intimate fitting experience, and a call button for immediate customer assistance. 
Alongside the brand’s best-selling lingerie will be Victoria’s Secret colour cosmetics, signature scents and body care collections, including Bombshell™, Dream Angels Heavenly™, Victoria and the sexiest new scent, Victoria’s Secret Night, displayed on glass trays for the ultimate luxury experience.
In addition to the brand’s core lingerie collections, the store will also offer Victoria’s Secret Sport, seasonal Swim, and Victoria’s Secret PINK, a collegiate-inspired collection of bras, panties, loungewear and beauty.
